Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket(s)?
Yes, you can request a refund or exchange up to 7 days before the event. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds within 7 days of the event as our team will have already started preparing for the event, including securing staff, equipment, and finalizing logistics.
To request a refund of a ticket purchased on our site, please email us at hello@mindfultalks.nl, at least 7 days prior to the event.
For tickets purchased on Eventbrite, simply log into your Eventbrite account and follow the steps provided. It will automatically process your request. For detailed instructions, please follow this link.
If you wish to transfer your ticket to another date or event, kindly email us at hello@mindfultalks.nl with the following details:
The email you used to book your ticket (or your order number)
The new event title, date, and location you'd like to attend
I can't find my ticket!
Double-check that you’re logged into Eventbrite using the correct email address. Look in your junk/spam folder in case it was misplaced
If you’re still unsure which email you used, try your work email, a partner’s email, or check your Google/Apple wallet.
Still can’t find it? No worries, email us at hello@mindfultalks.nl with your full name, event date, event name, and location, and we’ll help you out!
What should I do if the event is sold out? Will there be tickets at the door?
You’re welcome to try your luck at the door. While we can’t guarantee availability, there’s a chance of entry if there are no-shows. However, we cannot promise any tickets will be available on-site.
Will this event be live-streamed?
We are working hard to get events live-streamed to you. Check out our website to see upcoming online events.
When does the event start and end?
Event start and end times can be found on the main event page where you purchased your ticket. The end time is an estimate and may vary depending on how engaged the Q&A session is!
Do you offer tickets for carers?
Yes, we provide free tickets for carers. Once you’ve secured your ticket, email us at hello@mindfultalks.nl with the event details and your carer’s name, and we’ll add them to the guest list. If you have any specific seating needs, please let us know, and we’ll accommodate them.
Is the venue accessible?
Please check the accessibility information for each venue directly on their website or contact them for specific details.
Are your events age-restricted?
Most of our events are for those aged 16+, and some are 18+ depending on the topic and venue. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult and provide photo ID. If you have any questions about age restrictions, feel free to contact us at hello@mindfultalks.nl before booking.
Can I arrive late to the event?
We encourage you to arrive early for the best seating, but if you’re running late, don’t worry – we’ll still let you in! Please note that seating may not be guaranteed if you arrive late.
What are the different ticket types?
Most of our tickets offer general admission with unreserved seating. We have Early bird, which is a discounted ticket and an Early Bird for 2 which is essentially a 2 for 1 general admission ticket.
Is seating reserved?
Tickets are for unreserved seating. Everyone is equal at Mindful Talks.
Can I buy food and drinks at the venue?
Availability depends on the venue. Please check directly with the venue for food and drink options.
Are pets allowed?
Only certified support animals are permitted at our events.

Yes! We host events across the Netherlands. Check our website for a list of cities where we’re active. If we don’t have an event scheduled in your city email us and we will try our best to come to you!
